1. Who we are
Top Granite LLC ("Top Granite", "we", "us") is a countertop contractor based at 2221 147th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98087, Washington State contractor license TOPGRGL780J8. This policy explains what information we collect through toppgranite.com (the "Site") and how we use it. Effective date: September 21, 2026.
2. Information you give us
When you use our contact forms, the Budget planner or request a consultation, you may give us your name, phone number, e-mail address, project address, a description of your project, your material and layout choices, and any photos, sketches or PDF files you choose to upload. You can also reach us by phone, text message, WhatsApp or e-mail; those messages are kept with your request.
We use this information to answer your request, prepare estimates and quotes, schedule visits and installations, and provide the service you asked for. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit, for security and to keep the Site working. To protect our forms from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a cookie and analyze browser signals; it does not track you across other sites.
We store a one-way hashed version of your IP address with each form submission, only to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions.
4. Cookies and local storage
The Site does not use advertising cookies. It may store small preferences in your browser (for example, the sink or color shortlist you save on a page) so they are still there when you return. Embedded services such as Google Maps and YouTube may set their own cookies when you interact with them; their use is governed by Google's privacy policy.
If we add analytics (for example Google Analytics) to measure how the Site is used, the data will be aggregated and we will update this policy.
5. How we share information
We share your information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and serve you: Cloudflare (hosting, storage of form submissions and uploaded files, spam protection), Resend (sending the confirmation and notification e-mails), Google (maps, reviews and embedded video), and our fabrication partner and installation team when a project moves forward. Each provider may only use the data to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
6. Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number and ask to be contacted by text or call, we will contact you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us, or tell us during a call. We do not send marketing text messages unless you have asked for them.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep project requests, estimates and quotes for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, warranty and accounting obligations (our workmanship warranty runs five years from installation). Uploaded photos and files are kept with the request they belong to. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.
8. Your rights and choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to be contacted. Write to [email protected] or call 206-653-4479. We answer within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first. Washington residents may have additional rights under state law.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Photos of finished projects
We only publish photos of a customer's home or family with that customer's permission. If you would like a photo removed, contact us and we will take it down.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
