Johnny Bessa is the founder and sole owner of Top Granite. He works with homeowners to compare samples, talk through their space and connect those choices to a practical plan. His role brings together the details of the home, the fabrication partner in Mukilteo and Top Granite’s installation team, so the conversation stays connected to the work.

We use laser templating to capture the dimensions for your countertop layout. Fabrication is completed by our partner, Five Star Granite in Mukilteo, using equipment that includes the BACA Robo SawJet for robotic cutting. The finished countertops are installed by the Top Granite team.
Each stage needs the right information. We coordinate the measurements, material selection, sink details and layout so the fabrication and installation teams are working toward the same plan. You continue the conversation with Top Granite as the project moves forward.
We work with all major brands, including Cambria, Caesarstone, Silestone, Dekton, MSI, LX Hausys Viatera, HanStone, Architectural Surfaces, META Marble & Granite, Daltile and MODA Quartz, and help you compare options around the look, care and needs of your project.

Where does Top Granite work?
We’re based in Lynnwood and serve greater Seattle, the Eastside and neighboring communities. You’ll find our city list in the footer. Share your project address so we can confirm service for your location.
Who will fabricate and install my countertops?
Five Star Granite, our fabrication partner in Mukilteo, fabricates the countertops. Top Granite handles project coordination and laser templating, and our own team completes the installation. We remain your point of contact throughout.
What does your warranty cover?
Top Granite provides a 5-year workmanship warranty. The applicable terms are explained in your project documents. Manufacturer product warranties and material care requirements are separate, and our team can help you understand which documents apply.
Can I contact you before choosing a material?
Yes. Send photos of your space, rough dimensions if you have them and an idea of what you’d like to change. We can help you compare materials and arrange a selection visit by appointment.
