1. Acceptance of these terms
By using toppgranite.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. The Site is operated by Top Granite LLC, 2221 147th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98087. Effective date: September 21, 2026.
2. Estimates, quotes and prices
The Budget planner and any figures shown on the Site are estimated ranges based on the information you enter and our current pricing groups. They are not a quote and not an offer. Prices depend on the actual slab, measurements, edge, cutouts, site conditions and scope. A written quote issued by Top Granite after review is the only binding price. Estimates are valid only as long as they are stated to be.
3. Material photos, colors and availability
Photos of slabs and colors are provided by manufacturers and suppliers. Natural stone varies from slab to slab and screens show colors differently; always review the actual slab before fabrication. Inventory shown on the Site is a snapshot and changes daily; availability is confirmed when your bundle is reserved. Grades used on the Site describe pricing groups, not quality or durability.
4. Requests and contact
When you send a request through the Site you agree that we may contact you about it by the method you chose. See the Privacy policy for how your information is handled. Uploaded files must belong to you or you must have the right to share them; do not upload files that contain other people's personal information.
5. Projects and warranty
Projects are governed by the written quote or contract you sign with Top Granite, which describes scope, payment terms, scheduling and our five-year workmanship warranty. Where the Site and your signed contract differ, the contract controls. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and are provided by the manufacturer.
6. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services and contact us. You may not copy, scrape or republish Site content, use it to send spam, attempt to access data that is not yours, or interfere with the Site's operation. We may block access that violates these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Top Granite name, logo, text, photos of our projects and the design of the Site belong to Top Granite LLC or are used with permission. Brand names and logos of manufacturers and suppliers belong to their owners and are shown to identify the products we work with.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site links to and embeds services from third parties (Google Maps, Google reviews, YouTube, supplier inventories, social networks). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Granite LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under a signed contract or under Washington consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, unless a signed contract says otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the Site changes. The effective date shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
